We hope that you love every item you purchase through Minidressuk.com, however if anything should fail to meet your expectations we will be happy to assist you in exchanging or returning the item.
Unlike many online boutiques which have a no return/no exchange policy, here at Minidressuk.com we accept returns or exchanges.
If you wish to return or exchange your prom dress, please email us at service@minidressuk.com within 3 (THREE) business days of delivery so that we may provide you with a return authorization number. The email should contain the order number and your name as reference. In order to exchange or return the dress your package must be post-marked within the same 3 day period. If the package is post-marked after the 3 business day exchange period it will be refused by our shipping department! When exchanging or returning an item your return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package. Any packages received without a clearly visible return authorization number will be refused by our shipping department!
If you wish to RETURN your dress, please include a copy of your order to ensure your credit is processed promptly. Dresses must be returned with all original tags, hangers and packing material. Please note that all returns for credit are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and all store credits expire 1 year from the date they are issued!
The following restrictions apply:
Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable; only exchangeable.
If you request to exchange a dress the second dress is NOT returnable or exchangeable.
All Special Orders are NOT returnable.
Dresses cannot be returned after the event date.
All refused packages will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
In the event that you are unable to find another dress suitable for your needs anytime within the 1 year period after store credit is issued you may request a refund, however please be aware that all refunds will incur a re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the cost of your original purchase!
